Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The original purchase receipt or order confirmation is included.

You will be responsible for the extra shipping costs we may incur. This fee might not be extracted if you happen to reside in a place feasibly accessible from our warehouses. Our warehouses are located in 38 countries with more than 150+ print partners.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you may do it in either of the two ways:

  • Arrange a pickup.
  • Ship it yourself to you (You may provide proof of postage to receive the shipping fees back)

 

Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and an explanation of the reason for your return.

Our support team will guide you through the return process. Depending on whether you live in a feasibly accessible location or not, we may arrange a pickup or you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. For remote locations, we use 3rd party delivery services which are generally of high cost and/or without tracking. Hence, we sometimes avoid using those. In these cases, you will have to ship the product yourself and give us proof of postage to claim any fees you may have endured.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund. Please note the following:

  • We will issue the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-4 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase may be deducted from your refund. The deducted amount will depend on the location where you reside.

 

Non Refundable items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Personalized items (Custom names/prints)

 

Defective/Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team as soon as you may. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any necessary shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellation if done within 24 hours. Once the package is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In that case, customer is supposed to go through the return/refund process or keep the product. 

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.

Please note that Flensy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy.
